why my approach is different

My program is not a quick fix or one size fits all. It is unique to each client and their goals. Results in both your spiritual and physical health take time, intention, and patience. In order to receive the full benefits of working with me, we focus on long-term transformations.

I focus heavily on the goal setting process with my clients. We create clear goals with step-by-step daily actions that provide you real and lasting results.

My program starts by diving into the internal transformation that comes through rooting your identity in Christ. Once my clients are able to see themselves & their health through God’s eyes, the external physical changes follow.

When you work with me it’s not just about the workouts and eating healthy. It’s about making God the center of your health, glorifying Him in the process, and living out the purposes He’s called you to with excellence.
